We had an amazing stay here! The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, from room service to car hire. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service. The airport shuttle was a great addition, making our travel experience seamless. The welcome drink was a nice touch upon arrival. We also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance, which helped us navigate the city and plan our sightseeing.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Food options were good and reasonably priced. the free Wi-Fi and DSTV were helpful for entertainment purposes. the staff were friendly.
Room service was overpriced, and customer service was subpar. I had issues with the airport shuttle and was put under pressure to pay for a taxi despite being promised a complimentary service.

The hotel had a friendly and homely feel to it, with fair room rates and a mixture of local and continental meals. WiFi and DSTV were offered for free. the breakfast had a good variety, with no reminder calls required, and the food took a reasonable amount of time to prepare. the rooms had good facilities.
One aspect of the customer service was poor.

During my New Year's stay, I found the hotel to be affordable and welcoming. The staff was attentive and made my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the free WiFi and the variety of meals offered at breakfast. the DSTV television in the rooms was a nice touch.
The hotel could improve in some areas. The customer service wasn't perfect, as my requests weren't always met promptly.
